Instructions for items other than those that are self-explanatory, are as follows:
Item 1 (Contract ID Code). Insert the contract type identification code that appears in the title block of the contract being modified.

For a solicitation amendment, change order, or administrative change, the effective date shall be the issue date of the amendment, change order, or administrative change.
For a supplemental agreement, the effective date shall be the date agreed to by the contracting parties.

1) Is the Subway a license agreement with the incumbent or is that owned by the government?
A: This agreement is with the incumbent.
2) Please provide a floor plan of the dining facility?
A: See Attached
3) Is on-premises and off-premises catering allowed? If so, are there any catering restrictions?
A: Catering for outside clients is allowed. First priority is to the Agency first and foremost
4) Please provide a current equipment maintenance service schedule?
A: Not Available
5) Please provide a list of inoperable equipment. Will these items be removed?
A: Equipment inventory is managed by GSA Concessions. Non-operational equipment will either be repaired or replaced unless otherwise noted
6) Does the FAA subsidize food costs to keep a certain price point for government employees?
A: No
7) Does the operation require use of union workers? If so, when can prospective or winning bidder receive information regarding union contract?
A: Unions are selected by the Contractor not the Government. The right to join a union is required.
8) Will winning vendor be given the opportunity to negotiate a contract with union?

9) The team mentioned that the FAA subsidizes certain services to keep costs down. I.e. trash services. What specific services and/costs are the FAA willing to absorb and for what time period?

A: The cafeteria at FAA is currently closed. The winning contractor is responsible for all employment activities
