About this file
This document provides answers to questions regarding Solicitation 47PK0224R0002 for full elevator maintenance, repair, and replacement services at the Phillip Burton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in San Francisco, California. The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Region 9 is seeking a contractor to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure effective performance of elevator maintenance services. Elevators 1-6 are currently undergoing modernization, while elevators 7-25 were recently modernized in 2022. The maintenance contractor will need to maintain the MosaicOne video/text messaging system for equipped elevators and provide third-party monitoring, as the Federal Protective Service and Denver Mega Center do not have that capability. Labor to support all required elevator testing shall be included in the scope of work.
