About this file

This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for construction services. The General Services Administration is seeking a contractor to provide construction on approximately 14,790 square feet of space on the seventh floor of the James M. Carter and Judith N. Keep United States Courthouse in San Diego, California. The project involves building four new magistrate chamber suites and Clerk of the Court office space, and requires mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator, fire and life safety, data, audio/visual and security systems work. The amendment extends the proposal deadline to May 22, 2023, provides responses to questions from potential offerors, and identifies an approved location for contractor laydown space. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses and aims to improve tenant spaces while minimizing disruption to existing building operations.
