Clarification #1 – Suite 132 Carpet and Paint

CLARIFICATION #1

1. See attached drawing A1-C1 for dimensions and ceiling heights for use in calculating area to be painted. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions as required.

2. The existing ceiling is lay-in acoustic ceiling tile and grid and painting it is not included in the scope of work.

3. The pre-bid walk-thru noted in the solicitation to occur on November 8th, will be at 1:00 PM. Persons attending the walk-thru may email the project manager

(Travis Key) at travis.key@gsa.gov (785) 215-2281 to confirm attendance. We will meet at the main entrance SW corner of the building and the PM will escort through security so that cameras, measuring devices, etc. can be brought into the building.

4. A Visit Authorization Request form will NOT be required.
