QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

Is there available access to water and electric? Will the contactor be required to pay for utilities consumption?

There is access to water. Property management will approve any electric tools with 110/20amps which is normally just regular chargers or batteries. Some Jack hammers are 110/20 which is fine. Anything more is not approved, so if they need anything higher they will have to supply their own generator.

Contractors are not required to pay for the utilities used but should be mindful to try and preserve the resources as best they can. GSA does track utility consumption.
