Description of Amendment/Modification

RFQ 47PF0019Q0142 Amendment 0001 is being issued to answer the following Requests for Information:

Q1: Is the solicitation correct in that Location 2 through 8 are individual buildings or is the building on 1201 E 10 St. internally subdivided?

A1: The solicitation language is correct as locations 2 through 8 are each individual building structures and the referenced "building on 1201 E 10st" is not internally subdivided for separate referenced locations, referenced as locations 2 through 8.

Q2: Is the solicitation correct in that the building occupancies are only storage or have some of the facilities occupied with offices?

A2: The solicitation language is correct in that the majority of these locations are used as storage. (Please see the next page for building descriptions.

Q3: If there are personnel offices, what percentage of the usable space is used as offices and not as a warehouse?

A3: There may be a very small percentage of these storage spaces used as an office, we would approximate less than 5% of the storage space has a dedicated office area / space.

Q4: Assuming we provided documentation of experience, could the GSA waive the Fire Protection Engineer ras a requirement for the person(s) performing the surveys?

A4: No.

Q5: In column 'J', line item 56, of the document titled '10 FLS Contractor Quote Sheet', a note is provided that reads "NOTE: For 3 nights for the East St. Louis area properties included Locations 3, 4, 5 and 6".

A5: The reference to East St. Louis is a typo. Please disregard.

The RFQ closing date remains 3:00 pm CST, August 6, 2019.
