Questions and Answers:
1. Question: Will the closing date be extended since January 15, 2018 is a Holiday?
Answer: Most likely yes, since the pre‐proposal was today and we have received a few Requests for Information questions as it relates to the solicitation that we have yet to respond. If the closing date is extended, we will issue an amendment and post in FedBizOpps.
2. Question: What is the deadline to submit Request for Information questions?
Answer: According to the solicitation, Request for Information was due 15 days prior to the closing date.
However, we recognized that questions may arise from this walk thru so we ask that any questions be submitted by Tuesday, January 9, 2018, to ensure a timely response.
3. Question: What are the hours of operation?
Answer: According to the solicitation, all work shall be performed after normal working hours.
Undisruptive work may be allowed to perform during normal working hours, but will be required to be coordinated with Property Management and approved by GSA. For proposal preparation purposes, Offeror shall assume all work will be performed after hours as stipulated in the solicitation. The Government may request a credit if substantial work is performed during normal working hours.
4. Question: Will storage be available?
Answer: Yes, reasonable space will be available.
5. Question: Can supplies be delivered during the day?
Answer: Yes, all deliveries must be coordinated with Property Management.
