The project encompasses plumbing and fixture installation, electrical work including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and lead hazard control work. Specific items include installation of a single-bowl stainless steel kitchen sink with faucet and fixtures, a 40-gallon electric water heater with pressure/temperature relief valve and expansion tank, and hard-wired interconnected smoke and CO detectors with battery backups. A mandatory bid walk is scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the project address, with sealed bids due by 2:00 PM on July 28, 2026 at 600 East Trade Street. Questions regarding bid documents must be submitted in writing to the Rehabilitation Specialist to allow time for written clarification before bid submission.
