About this file

This is a list of 23 questions from the IRS seeking information from potential vendors about their capabilities and experience in Enterprise Architecture and solution engineering services. The questions focus on several key technical areas including multi-cloud governance, Generative AI implementation, zero trust architecture, systems integration, API infrastructure, and IDP technologies.

The questions request detailed information about vendors' past performance, staffing, management structure, and experience with similar government projects. Specific areas of interest include experience with TIC 3.0 requirements, FISMA compliance, data privacy standards, and collaboration across development and engineering teams. Vendors are asked to provide recommendations on emerging trends, pain points in business processes, and strategies for communicating complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders. The document includes the IRS and Department of Treasury logos and is labeled as IRS-EA-4363 Questions, indicating it is part of a Request for Information (RFI) market research effort rather than a formal solicitation.
