PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

1.0 Background

The Federal Emergency Management Agency facility in Sacramento has a requirement for high speed/capacity digital copiers in support of Major Disaster Declaration DR-4344.

The facility is located at FEMA Joint Field Office, 10000 Goethe Road, 2nd Floor, Sacramento, CA 95827.

2.0 Scope of Work

The contractor shall:

2.1 Provide all necessary equipment, personnel, management, parts, services, training, and supplies (except paper) required to perform the services provided in the subject

Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance shall be for 90 calendar days from the effective date of the contract. There will be three (3) priced renewal options that may be exercised.

2.2 Perform all preventative and corrective maintenance required to ensure the copier remains fully operational.

2.3 Perform repair services to copier within one business day of request.

2.4 Provide all parts needed for repair at no additional cost to the Government as stated.

2.5 Provide all supplies and consumables, excluding paper, required to operate the copier. Supplies include (but are not limited to) toner, waste toner containers, staples, and drum.

2.6 Unload and deliver the copier to the designated space provided by the designated point of contact.

2.7 Assemble and install the copier and ensure it is fully operational (2nd Floor.

Building has an Elevator).

2.8 Provide training to facility personnel on copier operations.

2.9 Return copier hard drive to designated FEMA point of contact upon contract completion for each Copier. The Contractor will be allowed a nominal charge for this removal of each hard drive

3.0 SPECIFICATIONS

3.1 Two (2) black and white, high speed 50 – 75ppm capacity, digital copy machine with network capability and a finisher with stapling. Copy machine must meet at least the

EPAs EPEAT Bronze Level (Contractor to certify). Black & White copiers are to include a 10,000 black and white copy allowance in the monthly rental price.

3.2 Three (3)color, high speed 50 – 75ppm capacity, digital copy machine with network capability and a finisher with stapling. Copy machine must meet at least the EPAs

EPEAT Bronze Level. Color copiers are to include 5,000 color copy allowance in the monthly rental price.

3.3 Capability to scan to email, print double sided and accept multiple size paper (letter, legal, etc.).

3.4 Removable hard drive capability (to be provided to DHS FEMA at end of rental). The Government will pay a nominal fee the removal and retention of the hard drive.

The hard drive removal shall take place at the Government site.

4.0 DELIVERY

4.1 Deliveries shall occur during normal business hours of operation unless otherwise approved in writing by the designated point of contact.

4.2 Business hours of operation are from 0800 - 1700, Monday through Saturday. The facility may be closed on Federal holidays.

5.0 INSTALLATION

5.1 The contractor shall only work in the facility when Government personnel are present and shall be escorted at all times. The facility has electrical capability to support the Copiers.

5.2 The Contractor shall remove from the facility all packing material.

6.0 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1 The Government reserves the unilateral right to cancel the purchase order with a seven day notice. In such instance, the monthly rate shall be pro-rated based on the cancellation date.
