FWS Form (Rev. 2020) U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS
Acquisitions Operations
UCRP-BORG platform was sole source developed by Real Time Research LLC specifically for the UCRP and no other vendors can offer support and maintenance of this data system.
Market research for O&M was not conducted as this is a proprietary system purpose built for the UCRP by Real Time Research LLC (RTR).
The FWS Upper Colorado River Recovery Program (UCRP) requires continued maintenance, support, and improvements (O&M) of it's fishery data collection system named UCRP-BORG. The "data system" consists of a centralized cloud-based database, a mobile data collection application with a suite of electronic data entry forms and a secure web-based data management portal for viewing, managing, reporting, and analyzing project data in near real-time. The application is hosted within the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliant Microsoft Azure tenant.
The Recovery Program partners (UCRP) used non-federal funds to develop the UCRP-BORG and the USFWS acted as the federal sponsor. The UCRP requires that the system which they have invested in is maintained by its developer to ensure successful implementation and data management for all partners.
