About this file
This document is a set of salient characteristics for a container unitized bulk equipment for fuel. The container is required to be a collapsible plastic construction that contains a flexible fuel blivet with a capacity of 400 gallons. Key specifications include container dimensions of 78"L x 42"W x 34"H, flexible fuel blivet dimensions of 68"L x 45"W, and detailed material and performance requirements for both the container and fuel blivet. The container must be able to be transported and stored in remote/disaster areas, and be deliverable by land, air, or via standard military cargo methods. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation issued by DLA Maritime Puget Sound to procure these fuel containers, using a 100% small business set-aside under commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS code is 332420, and the required delivery location is Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA.
