About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the New Mexico General Services Department Purchasing Division for a Statewide Price Agreement for Communication Digital Microwave Radios, Associated Equipment and Services. The ITB invites bids for a two-year contract with the option to extend for up to eight additional years. The requested items include digital microwave radios, networking equipment, test equipment, software, accessories, and installation hardware. Vendors must provide a percentage discount off their current published price list. Bids are due by August 5, 2024 at 2:00pm, and a formal sealed bid opening will occur immediately following. Multiple awards are allowed to meet the best interests of the State of New Mexico.
The ITB specifies mandatory requirements such as equipment and repair warranties, availability of discontinued items, and cloud/subscriber-based services. It also includes optional services such as training, engineering support, extended warranties, and technical support. Pricing is based on minimum percentage discounts off the vendors' published list prices, which cannot be reduced during the first two years of the agreement. Escalation of prices due to cost increases may be considered upon contract renewals.

The State of New Mexico reserves the right to obtain quotes from any and all awarded vendors for communication equipment and related items awarded as a result of this ITB.
This is a Statewide Price Agreement, therefore, no guarantee of minimum quantities to be purchased. Awards will be made to meet the best interests of the State of New Mexico. Pursuant to the Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-153 and 13-1-154 the State reserves the right to issue multiple awards to obtain the items listed.
