Hydro jetting work, performed upon Government authorization, requires deploying high-pressure equipment suitable for commercial sewer lines, removing debris, grease, scale, sediment, and root intrusion to the extent feasible, flushing to restore optimal flow, conducting post-jetting camera inspection to verify effectiveness, and documenting any remaining obstructions or structural issues. All deliverables—digital inspection video (pre- and post-jetting), written inspection reports with findings summaries and corrective action recommendations, and hydro jetting completion reports—must be submitted within five business days of service completion. The performance period begins upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must be completed within 30 calendar days, with work performed during normal duty hours (0700–1630 local time) Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, unless alternate arrangements are approved.
