About this file
This document is a Pricing Template related to Request for Proposal (RFP) 70RCSJ24R00000015 issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure and Security Agency (CISA) for Planning Office Support services. The RFP seeks support in creating strategies, processes, procedures, capabilities, and tools to develop, implement, and mature the CISA Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) Planning Office. The Planning Office enables cyber defense operations by integrating capabilities across the public and private sector to unify planning and execution of cyber defense plans.
The Pricing Template provides detailed instructions for offerors to complete labor category pricing information, including proposed fully burdened fixed hourly rates and discounted rates, across the base period and two option periods. Key labor categories include Program Manager, Cyber Operations Planner, Cyber Partner Integration Planner, and Cyber Intelligence Planner. The template also includes a Not-to-Exceed amount for Optional Surge support. Offerors must complete the template and submit it with their price proposal.
