About this file
This document is a bidder's checklist and certification package for Solicitation Number 26YS0058 issued by the California Department of Veterans Affairs for Supplemental Water Treatment Operator Labor Services. The contractor shall provide temporary and relief services on an as-needed basis to operate the Rector Reservoir Water Treatment Plant located at 7300 Silverado Trail, Napa, California in accordance with Veterans Home Policies and Procedures, State of California Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements, and applicable Federal requirements. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, licenses, permits, and every other item of expense necessary to perform the services. The solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), and bidders must submit all required documentation with their bid packages, including a signed Payee Data Record (STD 204), Bidder Declaration, Certificate of Insurance, sample invoice, valid business license documentation, and all licenses and insurance required by the solicitation.
The checklist identifies several certification and compliance requirements for bidders, including optional Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) declarations and Commercially Useful Function (CUF) certifications. Bidders must certify under penalty of perjury that they have read and understand all bid requirements and are in compliance with all solicitation provisions. Bidders may indicate California Small Business or DVBE certifications if applicable, and those certifications should be included with the bid package. The document does not specify pricing terms, contract award dates, or contract term length, as this is a checklist and certification document rather than the full IFB solicitation.
