About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice, which is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal (ACC Rock Island) seeking information on the capabilities of potential vendors to provide consultation and support in developing and implementing innovative business process improvements for the Army Sustainment Command's (ASC) Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP).

The RFI outlines specific areas of interest, including the vendor's experience with the LOGCAP program, availability of skilled personnel, expertise in business process optimization and automation development, strategies for ensuring continuity of operations and managing transition risks, existing relationships with LOGCAP stakeholders, and a proven track record of successful LOGCAP program contributions. Vendors are also asked to confirm they do not plan to rely on external recruitment to meet the program's needs. The ultimate goal is to support ASC LOGCAP in operating at the speed of need, providing reliable and efficient solutions to meet the evolving demands of the Army.
