The position is an AD11. The current salary cap is $204K (This changes yearly based on the cost of living increases provided to the executive branch). AD pay scale for NPS. We however have other incentives such as recruitment/retention incentives or relocation incentives that can be authorized. For example during the last search we negotiated a multiyear recruitment incentive as well as relocation incentives.
