STATEMENT OF WORK
(U) United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Commercial Internet Service for Bldg. 590, 244, 77, 500, & B26A
21 SEP 2025 – 20 SEP 2026
NIOC PAC N9 (CG1), requires commercial internet service to be established in its spaces at Building 590 (JBPHH Wahiawa Annex) Service Only Building 244 (JBPHH Wahiawa Annex) Service Only Building 77 (Ford Island) Service Only Building 500 (JBPHH Wahiawa Annex) Service Only Building 26A (Ford Island) Installation and Service
The installation and continuation of this service is essential to augmenting N9’s ability to conduct vulnerability and threat assessments critical to the security operations of the United States Navy. The contract is to secure reliable commercial internet service with specific requirements to support mission needs and enable sustained utilization of the Deployable Mission Support Suite (DMSS).
Performance Requirement
• Ensure consistent delivery of agreed upon symmetrical speed throughout the period of performance.
• The service must have no more than 1% downtime per month.
Contractor Responsibilities
• The contractor is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of the internet service and IP addresses.
• The contractor must provide timely reports and communication regarding any service interruptions or issues.
• The contractor must maintain regular communication with the designated NIOC PAC N9
(CG1) POCs, particularly in the event of service disruptions.
Performance Evaluation Internet speed, uptime, and Internet Protocol (IP) address availability are the primary metrics for performance evaluation.
