The solicitation number is N0024426Q0033, and it is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 336611 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The requirement is for six (6) units of Westerbeke Generator 7.5 MCGB 058285, with delivery to Naval Base Coronado, Quay Road Building 2004, San Diego, CA 92135. All generators must be new, and rebuilt, reconditioned, remanufactured, or refurbished items are not permitted. Delivery is required within 90-120 days after award on an FOB Destination basis; vendors unable to meet this timeline must provide their best delivery estimate in their submission.
Quotation submissions must include: (1) a firm fixed price quote on company letterhead with unit pricing for all six generators explicitly stating that pricing includes all shipping and delivery costs; (2) proof of authorized OEM distributor status from Westerbeke; (3) an estimated delivery timeframe; and (4) vendor information including CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID (UEI), and confirmation of active SAM.gov registration. The government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest-priced quote if a superior delivery schedule warrants a price premium.
