The RFB seeks qualified vendors to provide musical instrument and music-related supplies for the district's Fine Arts Department, with supplies categorized into Band Supplies, Strings Supplies, and Elementary Music Supplies. Key dates include an RFB issue date of October 1, 2025, with questions due by October 15, 2025, and bids due on October 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. The anticipated contract term is from November 21, 2025, through June 30, 2029.
The RFB specifies that quoted prices should include delivery to district schools, with preference given to vendors offering an online ordering system with features like contract pricing display, online ordering, and monthly itemized invoicing. Vendors are required to provide government/public education pricing if available and maintain fixed pricing through the contract term. The district expects vendors to submit a comprehensive bid including company information, product descriptions, pricing details, references, and a certificate of good standing. Payment terms are Net 45, and the district emphasizes that no taxes should be included in the bid pricing. The RFB highlights the district's commitment to efficiency in purchasing and supporting its Fine Arts Department across its nearly 19,000-student system.
