Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service
U.S. GOVERNMENT
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Peoria City: Illinois
Delineated Area: North – SW/NE Perry Ave West – N William Kumpf Blvd South – SW/NE Adams St East – Fayette St
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,129 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,642
Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1
Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1
Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years
Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1. The Office shall be located on one (1) floor, above ground level, and in contiguous space is a first and foremost priority. Non-contiguous space may be considered, as an alternative.
2. Access to public bus and/or rail transportation is required and shall have a stop within two (2) blocks.
3. A loading dock and freight elevator are required.
4. The building shall have a secured lobby (i.e., have a security guard/station).

5. Other than the main entrance to the suite for the public, a secondary entrance/emergency egress is required.
6. During a space action, the General Services Administration (GSA) shall limit the number of office support. A “space action” is defined as when relocation within the same building currently occupied is planned.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Peoria, IL that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
