About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation for a negotiated procurement issued by the USDA Lease Contracting Officer. Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation 57-39025-26-FA was issued on October 8, 2026, with a revised proposal due date of October 29, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The amendment modifies the space requirements specified in the original solicitation dated March 24, 2026.
The amendment decreases the requested square footage for a USDA lease facility. The Government now seeks a minimum of 2,000 to a maximum of 2,100 ANSI/BOMA Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet, not to exceed 2,289 rentable square feet (RSF). The room schedule specifies space needs for 8 total USDA personnel (4 from FSA and 4 from NRCS), including 2 private offices, 4 customer-facing workstations, 3 touchdown workstations, circulation space, storage, break room, reception area, ADP room, and mud room. Contiguous space on the first floor is preferred; if space is above or below grade, minimum accessibility requirements include one ADA-compliant elevator and two means of egress on opposite sides of the building. The solicitation requires 3 reserved government vehicle parking spaces and 12 unreserved employee/customer parking spaces. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in writing by the specified date and time, or their offer may be rejected. Contact information for the Contracting Officer, Antonio Rodriguez, is provided for inquiries.
