Background Investigations

TheraEx runs a drug screen on all applicants prior to them starting and annually thereafter. We have a no tolerance policy and have all our applicants complete a 14-panel drug screen. We can send applicants in for a 10 or 11 panel as well if needed. Each drug screen includes a full MRO report with cut off levels. TheraEx screens all prospective candidates for criminal record through State and/or National background check/investigative firms. Checks will also include professional societies and organizations, criminal, driving and credit records of prospective candidates. Internet resources are also used to gather information.

Our credentialing team also ensures that OFAC, SAM, and OIG are running during their background screening process.
