CPR/CPT Instructions
Cost Per Test vs. Cost Per Reportable:
Customer must declare volumes, number of testing days per week, and number of shifts on which they will conduct testing before reagent pricing can be determined. Once these specifics are determined, Sebia will determine base reagent pricing.
Reagent Pricing is the BASE Cost for all CPR Calculations:
The customer will provide the annual test volumes to the vendor, which will determine what pricing tier is used for reagent calculations. The reagent price becomes the base of the CPR and all surcharges from Hardware, Service and Accessories will be added to the reagent base cost to determine the final CPR price for the term of the contract.
Incremental Analyzers:
Incremental analyzers can either be billed as a flat monthly payment or surcharged based on the annual number of tests. Service pricing will also be calculated the same way as the customer will choose which service option best fits their requirement and a surcharge will be added to the Cost Per Reportable Price.
Service Options:
Service options may be chosen from the service pricing grid and either charged as a flat monthly fee or surcharged to the CPR price for the term of the contract.
Cost Per Test:
Cost Per Test (CPT): DOES NOT include calibrators, quality control, dilutions, repeat tests, printer paper, printer cartridges, and toner or.
Cost Per Reportable:
Cost Per Reportable Result (CPR) – DOES include cost of calibrators, quality control and repeat tests.
