1/21/2020 5 FEB 2020 In Section 5-2 it states, “Provide Professional License numbers and/or proof of Licensure”. Will you accept a list of PE License numbers on the SF330 section E Resumes to meet this requirement. If not, will the print out from each state’s licensing website count in the 40-page limit.
Yes, a list of PE License numbers will be accepted. Provide evidence of current full force and effect by expiration date.
1/21/2020 5 FEB 2020 If a CPARS is not available for a project, will a PPQ form be allowed? If a PPQ is allowed, do you have a form you would like us to use, or can we use a previously submitted PPQ?
Yes, a PPQ form will be allowed. A PPQ form is being provided as an attachment. This form must be used for Past Performance if CPARS is not available.
1/21/2020 5 FEB 2020 What Requirements are required for the Low Voltage Designer? Will an RCDD be acceptable as a Professional License for this discipline?
Registered Communications Distribution Designer in coordination and under the oversight of a Professional Electrical Engineer is acceptable.
1/21/2020 5 FEB 2020 Can the HVAC Designer also be the Plumbing Designer?
Yes, the HVAC Designer may also be the Plumbing Designer. Mechanical Engineer licensure required.
2/10/2020 10 FEB 2020 Are CPARs required for all six (6) projects cited for Section F?
Yes, CPARs is required for all projects provided in Section F.
You may provide no more than six (6) relevant projects.

The forty (40) pages are inclusive of CPARs or PPQs.
Please plan accordingly and provide the most relevant information.

*Important Note: The information required above (excluding Part II) may be provided in either the SF 330 or an accompanying document. If it is not provided in the SF 330, it must be provided in an accompanying document at the time of SF 330 submission. The accompanying document will not be included in the forty (40) page limit.
Part II must be provided in the SF 330 but will not count towards the page limit.

Usually seven sections for a 330.
Section dividers are not necessary as an SF 330 is broken into sections with clear headers separating the sections. If you should choose to include a whole page to separate the sections, they will be counted toward the forty (40) pages.
2/10/2020 11 FEB 2020 What are the sizes/capacities of the AHU to be replaced?
Boiler plate information regarding both AHU-9 and AHU-10 are not known. Size and unit capacity information will be forwarded once they are ascertained. As presently configured, AHU-9 currently serves the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of Building 1(Main Hospital). AHU-10 Currently serves the 6th and 7th floors of Building 1 (Main Hospital).
2/10/2020 11 FEB 2020 Who are the AHU manufacturers? Unkown. Not relevant. AHU’s are exisiting since 1949.

Yes to the indivual VAV’s.

No.

Yes.

2/11/2020 11 FEB 2020 How should PPQs be submitted if CPARS is not available?
Section 1 of the attached PPQ form will be completed by the contractor submitting the SF 330.
The contractor submitting the SF 330 will then send the PPQ (Section 1 completed) to the client they wish to provide past performance information.
The client will submit the completed and final PPQ to bailey.donato@va.gov by February 18, 2020 at 2:00 PM ET; the same submission due date and time of the SF 330. *PPQs submitted after this date and time will not be accepted or evaluated.

The PPQ form provided is three (3) pages. These pages will count toward the forty (40) pages limit.
Please plan accordingly for the number of remaining pages you will have to submit with the SF 330 as the PPQs are submitted by the client to VHA PCAC directly.
2/11/2020 11 FEB 2020 If submissions are over 40 pages, will they be accepted?
SF 330s over forty (40) pages will still be accepted. However, all information included on any of the pages after page 40 will not be evaluated or considered.
Please be aware that all PPQ pages submitted to VHA PCAC from clients are counted toward the forty (40) pages limit.
