About this file

The scope encompasses comprehensive project support for planning, activating, outfitting, and transitioning staff and Veterans/patients to the new facility.
The solicitation is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) at 100 percent. The contract will be structured as a firm-fixed-price arrangement with an estimated period of performance of 46 months. The pre-solicitation notice was issued on August 13, 2026, and contractors should anticipate formal solicitation documentation to follow. This opportunity represents significant support services for facility activation and operational transition in support of enhanced Veteran healthcare delivery.
