Amendment to Request for Information (RFI) – 36C77625Q0116
Subject: Response to RFI Questions
Date: 13, February 2025
Thank you for your interest in the RFI. Please find responses to your questions below based on currently available information.
· Projected RFP Release: The release of the formal solicitation is estimated to occur following internal approvals and business clearance. However, a specific timeline has not been finalized.
· IDIQ Structure: At this time, we are considering a single-award IDIQ structure. However, the final determination will depend on various factors, including internal approvals and market considerations.
· Contract Ceiling: While the final contract ceiling is still being evaluated, an estimated range for the IDIQ may be around $49.4 million over the full period of performance. However, this figure is subject to change as the procurement strategy is refined.
· FTE Estimate: The estimated number of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) required per year may range based on the task orders issued under the IDIQ. Currently, the minimum estimated annual requirement is approximately 1 FTE (1,992 hours), while the maximum annual estimate could be up to 77 FTEs (153,384 hours) depending on workload and awarded task orders.
Regarding your request for specific response requirements, this RFI is intended solely to inform industry and does not request formal submissions at this time. If a solicitation is issued, it will include comprehensive instructions on response format and required information.
It is important to note that with the recent projected changes to the federal government, it is difficult to provide too much detail at this stage. We appreciate your engagement and encourage you to monitor SAM.gov for further updates.
