About this file

This document is a technical question and response tracking sheet related to a federal contract opportunity. The opportunity is for a firm fixed-price design contract for architect-engineering (A-E) services to develop construction documents for renovating and expanding the primary care for the emergency department at the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), with a NAICS code of 541310 Architectural Services and an estimated construction value between $10-20 million. The government received and responded to four technical questions related to the NAICS code, swing spaces, modular facilities, and the selection process. Firms are required to submit Standard Form 330 (SF 330) qualifications packages by August 31, 2024, and the government expects to award the A-E contract in late November 2024 with a 365-calendar-day period of performance for design completion.
