Charleston Vendor Questions

1. Factor 3 states that resumes are required for all key listed positions, however some roles seem irrelevant to the project per the SOW. Are all listed positions relevant and required?

Some of the roles may have less involvement for the project needs (i.e. Civil Engineer), but an A/E firm should be able to have them available, if a specific need arises during design.

2. Does the Architect need to be LEED certified?

Yes, LEED certified Architect(s) need to be a part of the team.

3. Can roles be “dual-hatted”?

The A/E team should have members available to fill all of the key positions listed, however individuals can be “dual-hatted” as long as there is an individual on the team that meets the requirement.
