1. Under the description, it states: "Assess best practices to convert pd documents to be Section 508 compliant.” Was this intended to be PDF, or PD? If it was intended as PD, please provide further explanation of what you need tested.

Answer: This should have been PDF.

2. Is the upcoming FY 2026 Budget Submission PDF going to be similar in page count and page complexity as the 2025?

Answer: We anticipate a similar page complexity. The total page count should be similar within +/- 75 pages.

3. Is the entirety of PDF found here https://www.va.gov/opa/docs/remediation-required/management/fy2025-va-budget-volume-iv.pdf that will be deliverable 2?

Answer: Yes

4. If the Fiscal Year 2025 Volume 4 Construction and Long Range Capital Plan has more documents/pages than what is publicly accessible (found here https://www.va.gov/opa/docs/remediation-required/management/fy2025-va-budget-volume-iv.pdf), please provide the additional pages/documents. If that is not possible, please provide as much detail on the additional PDFs/pages. Such as:

- page count

- page complexity (simple text, graphs, etc., or interactive documents?)

- is it multiple documents compiled to form each of the above, or simply two single documents?

Answer: All documents/pages are in the PDF referenced in the question.

5. When will the 2026 Volume 4 Construction and Long Range Capital be ready for review?

Answer: The current schedule would have this document ready in February 2025. Due to the Presidential Transition, this date could be impacted with a due date no later than June 2025.

6. The Fiscal Year 2025 Volume 4 Construction and Long Range Capital Plan is posted to the VA website, at 488 pages: https://www.va.gov/opa/docs/remediation-required/management/fy2025-va-budget-volume-iv.pdf.
