About this file
This pre-solicitation notice seeks standard form 330 qualification packages from architecture and engineering firms for a design project to expand a community living center for patient privacy at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center in Amarillo, Texas. Firms must submit SF330s and supporting documentation by March 28, 2023 to be considered for the design contract, which is set aside 100% for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The award is projected to be made in July 2023 for a 379-day period of performance to develop construction documents. A full design team is required for the $10-20 million magnitude project. Selection will be based on professional qualifications, specialized experience, capacity, and past performance as demonstrated in the SF330 submissions and subsequent discussions. The highest rated firms will be invited to participate in discussions to further evaluate these factors.
