36E77622Q0007 – VISN 21 CM/PM CAM - Answers to Technical Questions II

1. Do you have a job description of the Electronic Health Records Manager? We are trying to determine if you are looking for someone who has experience managing medical records or whether you want someone who understands the infrastructure or someone who will manage the process of transferring paper medical records to electronic health records.

Answer: We are looking for project management support for infrastructure upgrades and other programmatic tasks as we upgrade our capabilities. This team will not be handling or processing Veteran Health records or other medical Personally identifiable information.

2. Can we use one person's resume to meet multiple roles? For example, we have an energy engineer who also qualifies for the energy auditor position. We also have several resumes we are placing in other roles who qualify for the LEED Accredited Professional position.

Answer: Yes
