1. 11/27/2020 12/02/2020 The RFP states a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB;

what is the minimum % of work required to be accomplished by the SDVOSB firm?

51% from the prime SDVOSB and any

SDVOSB subs.

2. 12/01/2020 12/02/2020 This solicitation states that CPARS and PPQs are included in the page count, however you are requesting either a CPAR or PPQ for each project listed in section F. Each CPAR can be 3-4 pages long and the PPQ you provided is 4 pages long taking away approximately 18 - 24 pages away from us to highlight our qualifications and answering your section H criteria. Will you consider removing

CPARS and PPQs from the total page count so there is sufficient room to accurately answer and demonstrate our capabilities?

The VA calculates each CPARS or PPQ to be

3 pages each for a max of 18 pages. Although the PPQ is 4 pages, the instruction page of the

PPQ will be excluded from the page limitations.

3. 12/01/2020 12/02/2020 The PPQ form states on top that the page limit is 40 pages? Could you please verify that total number of pages?

Please follow the guidance of “50 pages” found in the pre-solicitation.
