MbM Staffing Service The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure Pharmacist and Pharmacist Technician services for Meds by Mail (MbM) Services located at:

2103 Veterans Blvd, Unit 2, Dublin, GA 31021 5353 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, WY 82009 3209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37127

The Contractor shall provide Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician services and supply all management, supervision, and labor necessary to provide non-personal staffing services to support operations at the MbM Facilities.

Average production rates can vary widely from day to day and week to week based on a variety of factors such as inclement weather, staffing shortages, workload transfer, and system malfunctions. MbM has an average weekly production rate of 162,200 prescriptions and 13,800 Call Center calls.

Estimated FTE:

81 Pharmacist FTEE per day for an estimated 3,240 hours per work week.

62 Pharmacy Technician FTEE per day for an estimated 2,480 hours per work week.

The Product Service Code for this solicitation is Q517 – Medical – Pharmacology; and the NAICS code is 561210 – Facility Support Services. All responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.

Solicitation package 36C77022R0010 shall be posted on SAM.gov on or about September 23, 2022, and will close on or about October 24, 2022. These dates are subject to change. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor SAM.gov for changes or amendments. This will be 100% set-aside to SDVOSB vendors.
