About this file
This is Amendment No. 3 to Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) No. 36C26324R0090 for a new Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Cambridge, MN, issued on February 25, 2025. The amendment provides three key clarifications: (1) revises the IT and security equipment emergency power/battery backup requirement from 72 hours to a minimum of 10 minutes run time at full capacity, (2) confirms that bidders should plan for 2 PACT teams based on the detailed space plan, with final determination to be made during the DID phase, and (3) addresses the welcoming station requirements, noting that while 100 SF was specified for 4-5 reception desks, the VA will determine final space size and number of desks during the DID phase within total delegated square footage constraints.
The amendment includes an acknowledgment of receipt form that must be signed, dated and returned with the proposal via email to Robert.Hausman2@va.gov. This lease opportunity is part of a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside solicitation for a VA facility with a 10-year firm term and 10-year non-firm term.
