Presolicitation 36C26325Q0440 Modification 0001 Description This modification is issued for the following reasons:
1. A question was asked to clarify the quantity of tables that the upcoming solicitation will require.
The Answer is: 2 (two) chiropractic tables.
2. There were a number of inquiries made about the requirement that indicated particular clauses mentioned in the Presoliciation Notice were perhaps not being read and understood. These clauses are:
a. 52.219-33 Nonmanufacturer Rule.
b. VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items.
c. 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
d. VAAR 852.219-76 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting-Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products (Deviation).
We included the full text of these clauses below and highlighted important parts in YELLOW. We strongly recommend that potential offerors become familiar with these clauses before submitting their offer. They will be a part of the solicitation. Thank you.
3. There are no other changes to the presolicitation notice. We still intend to post the solicitation on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 as planned.
