This document is Amendment No. 2 to the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) No. 36C26324R0033 for medical lease space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Burlington, IA. The amendment provides answers to two questions related to the solicitation. The first question clarifies which blocks should be filled out on the 1364 form, indicating that the tenant improvement and security upgrade costs should be provided as lump sum amounts, not amortized into the rent. The second question addresses a discrepancy between the electrical service requirements in the exhibits, stating that the agency-specific requirements in Section 5 should be followed. Offerors are instructed to sign the acknowledgement of receipt and submit it with their offer.
