To all Offerors: the due date for this solicitation has been extended to January 4th, 2019 at 10:00 AM MST.

Please see the attached questions and provided answers (in red) along with attached blueprints.

Please note: the 24/7 help desk has been changed to reflect a M-F 8-5 schedule. Also, the user logging information via Cloud Services shall be FedRAMP authorized prior to implementation. If equipment purchase is required to provide logging services, the equipment and any subsequent installation costs shall be borne in the base year only. The purchased logging equipment will become property of the Government once installed.

CONTINUATION PAGE

1. What is the SLA you are requesting regarding the on-site technical support. Level 1 support of system only. No end user equipment troubleshooting or support shall be available.

2. Can you please provide blue prints of the facility with the existing wireless network infrastructure identified on the drawings. Provided.

3. Can you please provide the make, models and quantities of all current existing infrastructure hardware between the internet and the access points ( routers, switches, access points etc) Provided on Page 3 of the PWS. Routers are unknown.

4. Are you allowing for a site visit to this facility for this solution to be properly scoped? Yes, contact the COR to schedule a date/time. At least 48 hours notice is needed due to OI&T escort requirements.

5. How many existing access points are there currently? In order to bid this I might need to replace the existing access points. 44 total AP’s as shown on Page 3 of the PWS. These will not be replaced, as they are newly installed.

6. Would it be possible to get an inventory list of what is currently installed and wiring schematics for this project? This would be beneficial in putting together a complete bid for your RFQ. No wiring schematics available. See As-Builts or Page 3 of the PWS for equipment inventory.

7. III OBJECTIVE, Section 1.C – Please provide details regarding the additional areas and buildings, including square footage for each, targeted for “Expanded wireless services to all areas frequented by patients, and visitors”, and state whether the contractor response is to include pricing for materials and labor. No additional areas are anticipated. See as-builts for existing equipment locations. These locations will not change via this contract.

8. IV INFRASTRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT – is the use of Fortinet equipment required for the additional wireless coverage areas contemplated under III Objective, Section 1.C? No additional equipment is needed beyond existing.

9. Article V seems to be missing – is there any information to be shared regarding V? Erroneous article numbers. No missing information, just incorrect numbering.

10. VI: WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE, Section 6 – what are the required hours of on-site support – 24X7, week days, on-call at night, etc.? Change requirement to: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 Mountain Time only.

11. Section E – INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS, 1 Technical Proposal, item “a” – which portions of the PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (including Sections IV, VI, etc.) must be in place by January 1, 2019? Since we are late with award, the January requirement should be pushed back.

12. Is this request for the installation/expansion and monitoring of the guest wireless network, or is there already a solution in place, and this is just to monitor the wifi and filter content? This contract is for monitoring, filtering, logging of an existing in-place system.

13. If this is to install or expand a WiFi solution, is there cable in place already, or would cable need to be run for access points? No installation or expansion needed.

14. What kind of bandwidth is needed in these four buildings to keep up with traffic demands? Unknown. The bandwidth can be increased via the internet provider, if needed.

15. Is there a way we can please get building layouts marked with areas that need to be covered? The provided drawings are equipment locations only. There is no need for coverage layouts.

16. Do these four buildings happen to share any existing communications connections ie. Fiber? Each building has its separate internet service connection. Building 148 has 2 service connections.

17. SOW calls for 3 year Fortinet licenses.

18. Just want to confirm: it is 3 year? Because on your bid for each Clin is asking for 1 year support not 3. Do we quote 1 year Fortinet licenses for each Clin? Please change the 3-year licensing requirement to 1 -year. It will be cleaner with a base plus 4 option contract.

19. Blue prints or floor plans of each building.

20. Labeled with the IT room

21. dimensions of each room.

22. I just want to confirm that you want a base year plus 4 option years. I know that support for Fortinet is cheaper if you purchase a 3 yr support option Base plus 4 option years. Licensing support will be one-year and purchased yearly.

23. As far as support are we only supporting the wifi network and not trouble shooting devices that might have other issues getting on the network Correct.

24. I am unclear on if you want 3 years or a base year plus 4 option years see the below snip from your request Base year plus 4 option years. Licensing shall be change from 3-year to 1-year.

25. 3. On page 12 of the RFQ the “Contract performance metrics” table appears to be cut off. Please verify that ID# 3 “Maintenance” is the last requirement listed in the chart. If not, please provide an updated chart. Yes, ID #3 is the last requirement.

26. Is there a current help desk? If yes, what is the average number of calls to the help desk per day?

27. What is the average total number of tickets submitted by the help desk per day?

28. What is the average number of P1 (priority 1) tickets per day? No existing help desk, and no projections or estimations on user requests available.

29. Page 8/ Section III Objectives/ 1c states that “Expanded wireless services to all areas frequented by patients and visitors”. Does this mean that new wireless equipment will need to be purchased and installed as part of this contract? If yes, please provide quantities and inventory details for a firm fixed price quote. No additional equipment is needed. Item 1.C. is just a line that indicates equipment is installed in areas other than Patient Rooms, Waiting Areas and Student Areas.

30. If new Access Points are needed to expand patient wireless coverage, who is responsible for cabling and termination? No additional access points are needed.

31. Page 8/ Section III Objectives/ 1c states that “Expanded wireless services to all areas frequented by patients and visitors”. Is the awarded contractor required to survey, and heat map the facilities to determine needed equipment for expansion? If yes, No. additional equipment, surveying or heat mapping is needed.
