We participated in the walkthrough yesterday, and would like to as question on one of our concerns. We observed that the Motorola hardware you currently have is 5 years old, and we were told that the warranty runs out in May which is at the technical viable age for this type of hardware. We have had some bad experiences from other jobs with this similar scenarios. What we would experience is that inherent issues with the hardware transitions to the hotspots we install, that would show up as a wifi issue. This results in a support nightmare as well as a credibility issue with our customers, with the latter being the most important concern to us.

So I would like to know if there is any available history on the hardware like firmware updates, any current challenges, or past issues. Also, is the department considering an update to the current hardware in the short term? Not at this time
