About this file
This is a pre-solicitation document for a traffic study of the VA Northern Arizona Healthcare System (NAVAHCS). The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 (VISN 22) is seeking contractor support to conduct a comprehensive traffic study at the Northern Arizona Healthcare System facility. The study will evaluate current traffic patterns, circulation, parking, and access issues to support facility planning and operational improvements. While specific response and award dates are not detailed in this pre-solicitation phase, interested contractors should monitor for the formal solicitation release. The effort falls under VA contracting authority, and contractors should be prepared to demonstrate expertise in healthcare facility traffic analysis, transportation planning, and data collection methodologies. This pre-solicitation announcement allows potential bidders to express interest and prepare proposals in advance of the formal request for proposals.
