About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source a federal contract for Globus Medical Instrument Trays. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Red One Medical LLC (532 Stephenson Ave, Suite 101, Savannah, GA 31405) for the supply of Globus Medical Instrument Trays (XTEND, COLONIAL, SIGNATURE, and ALTERA models) for emergency spine procedures at the Veterans Affairs Phoenix Healthcare System in Phoenix, Arizona. The trays provide specialized features and optimal precision for both scheduled and unscheduled spinal procedures in the operating room.

Capability documentation must include an authorized letter of distribution and detailed information about prospective contractors' capabilities and experience supporting the requirement. The Government reserves the sole discretion to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses received. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The contracting office is located at 4811 Airport Plaza Drive, Suite 600, Long Beach, CA 90815, with Contracting Officer Jonathan C. Ford serving as the point of contact.
