About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a contract for the VA Greater Los Angeles facility to purchase UDI Tracker Premium software, RFID Data Services, and SAML integration annual maintenance. The scope includes implementing a Single Sign On (SAML) solution that allows VA users to access multiple applications with one login, enhancing IT security and reducing password re-entry time. The RFID Data Services will support storage and management of RFID device transaction data received via Jetstream, specifically for tracking biological implants in compliance with VA National Directive.

The contract has a base year with four 1-year option periods, and will be performed across various OR and clinical locations at the VA GLA facility. Contractors must obtain a VA Police-issued ID badge, park in designated areas, and follow strict security protocols, including no access to sensitive patient information. Invoicing will be monthly in arrears, with detailed itemized invoices required, and payment contingent on government approval of submitted services.
