About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice for a requirement to provide Pharmacy Wall-to-Wall Inventory Services at the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 22, is seeking qualified contractors to fulfill this requirement. The services will be for the inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, and no government equipment will be provided.

The notice states this is not a solicitation or request for proposals, but rather market research to identify capable contractors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The VA will first consider a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, but may use an alternate set-aside or full and open competition if the SDVOSB responses are inadequate. All interested offerors should submit information by email to the Contract Specialist by the due date of 11/13/2024 at 3:00 PM Mountain Time.
