Text version

CLIN 0004 has a 1 EA for "Emergency Repair and Labor for Repairs for Inspections." Do you have a current deficiency list? It's hard to price an unknown quantity of repairs when we don' t know the type and severity of the repairs (and the number). We can always fix them as we go, and bring them into standard, but that would require the ability for you to MOD or do something else, so we can just roll, inspect and fix.

CLIN 0004 is an unfunded CLIN for the use of contracting to provide emergency funding if immediate repairs are needed. Do not provide pricing for this CLIN. There is no deficiency list. Deficiencies will be found during inspections and addressed using CLIN 0004 if necessary.

The scope of work references fire and smoke doors on smoke and fire walls annotated in the life safety plan. Can you please share the life safety plan with potential bidders so we can verify locations and access challenges? It references interstitial vs non-interstitial doors to better understand what that looks like in the facility.

There is no site visit for this acquisition. The life safety plan will be shared with the contractor who is awarded the contract as it contains sensitive information. The bid is only on the inspecting of the door and providing the required documents after the inspection.
