Contractor Questions RFQ 36C26224Q0822

1. What previous experience / training do the students have? If this is their first course, 1 day is insufficient to meet the intent of the OSHA standards.

For some students it will be a refresher course for others this material will be brand new.

The days will be dependent on curriculum needs required to cover all material sufficiently.

2. Could you clarify if a C-10 License is required? Our company employs an Electrical PE that is also a Licensed Master Electrician that no longer holds the OSHA 30 Safety Card.

This has not precluded him from providing this same training for Government Agencies and OSHA in the past. He is employed by OSHA Regularly to provide training. Would proof of this be acceptable?

C-10 license and OSHA 30 safety card is not required instructor only needs the credentials needed to teach the course.

3. Can the 30 participants train together, or will they need to train in sessions to accommodate shifts, etc. If so, how many groups? How long does the training have to be?

There will be approximately 15 people in each class the training must be long enough to fully cover the material in the course.

4. Are PIV card required for this contract?

PIV card will not be required as contractor employees will always be with staff while in the facility.
