About this file

This document is an Amendment with Questions and Answers related to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for VA Police Psychological Evaluations, Solicitation Number 36C26224Q0768. The VA requires all current and new VA Police Officers to undergo initial and annual psychological evaluations to determine their suitability to carry firearms. The scope of work includes providing these pre-employment and annual evaluations, with specific assessment tools and reporting requirements. The RFQ is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside with a performance period of one base year plus four one-year options. Pricing is requested for initial assessments of new officers, annual assessments of incumbent officers, and optional re-testing. The award will be made to the quote most advantageous to the Government based on price and other factors. Questions and answers address requirements such as contractor qualifications, place of performance, virtual evaluations, and re-testing.
