1. Please provide photos or schematics of the scope of work needed.

Insulation is in easily accessible areas of the hospital.

2. Will there be a schedule site visit or job walk to evaluate what is needed?

There will not be a site visit for this contract.

3. What is the linear feet and diameter of pipe that need to be insulation and repair?

Approximately 100-120 linear ft. 0.5 inch & 1.5-inch diameter piping.

4. Are there any valves that need openings for operating in enclosed with doors for adjustments?

The valves are easily accessible and will not require openings.
