About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous combined solicitation notice and request for quote for wheelchair and car transportation services. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office is seeking these services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located in Los Angeles, California. The response deadline for quotes is extended to December 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. The amendment incorporates changes removing requirements for drivers to hold a California state driver's license with a passenger endorsement and instead requiring only a standard state driver's license. It also removes a requirement for first aid certificate issuance by the Red Cross. Quotes should still include supporting documentation for driver's licenses and certificates of insurance meeting the statement of work requirements. Technical evaluations will consider this supporting documentation for licenses and insurance.
