DESCRIPTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number 36C262-23-Q-1635. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 effective August 3, 2023, respectively.
The solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside; the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513210, and size standard is $47.0 million.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 22, headquartered in Long Beach, California has a requirement for Image Sharing Software. The vendor must provide a Brand Name or Equal Software connected to VA Access Servers (Server) that enables electronic, bi-directional exchange of radiology imaging exams and reports with commercial healthcare facilities providing services to VA patients in addition to meeting the added required tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall install, configure, validate, and maintain Image Sharing Software for eight (8) facilities within VISN 22. The requirement is for initially six (6) facilities with the ability to add two (2) facilities at a later time. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of the contract. The Government intends to award a single award firm-fixed-price contract. The order shall begin on the date of award.
